Currencies

All transactions will be processed in UK pounds.

Cancellations

Membership will be yearly on 1st April. If you wish to cancel your membership please give us as much notice as possible. Mid-year leavers will NOT receive a refund.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend an event that you have booked.

• If you wish to cancel your attendance at a conference, you can do so with no admin fee up to 6 weeks before the conference date. After this date there will be a 50% admin fee.
• Cancellations within 4-6 weeks of a conference date will result in a 65% administration fee.
• No refunds are given if cancellation is made less than 14 days before the event except if there are extenuating circumstances.

Fraudulent transactions

All fraudulent transactions will be notified to the relevant authorities including the General Dental Council.

Accuracy & Validity of Information

Whilst Dental Trauma UK endeavours to ensure that the contents of this website is accurate, we do not accept liability for any loss or inconvenience arising as a consequence of any use of this website.

All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that this website is accessible at all times.

From time to time we may need to suspend access to the website for routine or emergency updates and maintenance but we will endeavour to keep this disruption to a minimum.
