General advice

Slips, trips and falls either in the home, in the workplace or whilst playing sports can result in Injuries to the head, face and mouth and can affect anyone anywhere anytime.  

The International Association for Dental Traumatology have a detailed account of how to minimise this in the younger age groups and can be accessed here.

Remember that good oral health is important especially if you are unlucky to suffer a dental trauma.

Traumatic incidents are distressing. Take some of the stress out by visiting your dentist with regular check ups for healthy teeth and gums.
