Dr Serpil Djemal

Serpil Djemal was a Consultant in Restorative Dentistry at King's College Hospital until from 2008 - 2022 where she led the adult dental trauma service, the first of its kind in the UK, for the management of acute dental trauma in adults.

She is founder and Chair of Dental Trauma UK and lectures nationally and internationally, sharing best practice and step-by-step guidance on the management of dental trauma.

She will continue the activities of DTUK and teaching in the next phase of her life.

At the start of 2023, Serpil joined a North London based charity, the Learning for Life Charity as a trustee.
